Uptime:
99.9% Uptime Promise - Excluding items outside of our control. 5% credit per hour of downtime.
Included Examples: Hardware failure, direct connection bandwidth problem.
Excluded Examples: 2 levels upstream providers, scripts/kernels you install that take out your server.

Response Time:
We promise to have read and answered within 12 hours (often MUCH sooner), and resolved (barring needs for additional information, clarification, examples, etc.) within 48 hours. If we break this promise to you, we'll credit your account 5% of your monthly payment amount.
To claim credit:
Put in a Billing Support ticket at member site within 48 hours of the broken promise with a detailed explanation and we'll take care of it.
